Lotus Notes 8, link hotspot cannot launch web browser

I could not find information about this problem, maybe it’s just so rare, I only got 2 computers with this problem out of 70s.
and then I tried to do something and it works !
The problem is some Lotus Notes cannot launch web browser by clicking a hotspot in a message, specifically cannot launch http but other protocol like ftp is working.
Hope this will help somebody outthere with this kind of problem…
- refresh (or replace design) of Local Address Book application, as we know that some configurations are put here

Actually, this did not solve my problem, but just to make it sure…
. - set the search bar to either Yahoo and Google (those two are built in there…)

in this case I tried Google
. - and then I tried to launch Web Browser…
.
to my surprise, this Lotus Notes 8 client innocently launching Internet Explorer !
. - and last thing to do, check it from email message to launch a link, it just works…
